With an extensive background in architecture, we know that it is the details that make the difference. From the height and placement of windows to the flow and function of the space, we meticulously manage every aspect so nothing is overlooked.
Residential design is our passion and we absolutely love creating homes for families to gather, as we truly believe that nothing in life is more important than family- which is why Creative Director, Alex, chose to name the firm after her two children, Adelyn and Charles. Our team looks forward to learning more about you and your family and how we can help bring your dream home to life.

Owner + Creative Director
With over 20 years of experience in Architecture and Interior Design, Alex leads Team ACI and oversees every project, focusing on delivering functional and elegant spaces that stand the test of time.
Growing up in Southwest Florida, Alex left home to pursue a BA from Washington University in St. Louis and a Master's Degree in Architecture from Newschool of Architecture & Design in San Diego and worked for many years in the commercial and retail design sector before settling back home and into high end residential design in Naples, FL with her husband and two children, Adelyn and Charles.
Outside of work, she enjoys boating with her family, attending her children's numerous sporting events, supporting local animal rescue efforts, and caring for her 3 dogs.

Associate Designer
Born and raised in New Jersey, Hillary moved to Southwest Florida to escape the cold and chose Ft. Myers after visiting the area while playing Softball in college.
With a background in fine art and fashion, Hillary describes her personal style as traditional, eclectic and vibrant. However, what she loves most about her job is the variety of each project and the challenge of exploring different creative approaches to various aesthetics.
When not at work, she can be found at church, the gym, beach or Disney- or drawing inspiration from the world of fashion or other designers that she loves to follow on Instagram and Pinterest.

Purchasing Manager
Our purchasing powerhouse, Liz, was born and raised in Southwest Florida.
She moved away to the west coast for several years before moving back home to settle down with her husband and two active boys.
Today, when not working, you will find her actively cheering from the sidelines of her son's soccer game, playing pickleball with friends or at the beach.
Liz is not only the head of our purchasing team, but also a force of nature on project installs- one of her favorite parts of the process where she gets to see all the amazing pieces that she purchased come to life.

Associate Designer
Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, Emily chose to move to Florida while pursuing her degree after falling in love with the sunshine state during family vacations.
Today, she has created a family of her own and thrives as a designer and mother to her daughter, Eloise.
Her personal style can be described as casual, California coastal and cozy, but her absolute favorite part of her job is the relationships she cultivates with each of her clients along the way.
Outside of work, she loves to travel and often draws inspiration for her designs from the amazing places she sees along the way.

Project Coordinator
Originally from Michigan, Hannah relocated with her family to Florida in 2020. After graduating from Liberty University, Hannah joined team ACI where she serves as a huge asset to our design team.
With a self described style of cozy, coastal and transitional, Hannah loves to spend her free time playing pickleball and at the beach. She's also the first smiling face you'll see when you step into the ACI office.

Purchasing Assistant
A true Naples native, Katie was born and raised in Southwest Florida and received a degree from Florida Southern University.
When she's not entering orders or managing deliveries, you'll find her at the beach watching sunsets or spending time with family.
When asked about her favorite part of being a member of Team ACI, she replied "It’s a true blessing to get to wake up every day and come to work when it means I get to do something I love with such a hardworking team"

Associate Designer
Hailing from the Midwest, Morgan relocated to Southwest Florida as soon as she graduated from college to escape the cold and find her place in high end residential design.
Morgan's signature style is modern, masculine and edgy, and she loves problem solving and exploring many different areas of design.
Outside of the office, Morgan also teaches at a local dance studio and is heavily involved in a local animal rescue. As the queen of her self proclaimed "Animal Kingdom", she and her husband have five dogs, two cats and fish.
As such, she draws most of her inspiration from nature and she loves incorporating natural elements into each of her projects to bring a sense of warmth and relaxation.
